Hello. I am composing an orchestral score, and I have clarinets 1 & 2 in the same stave, and when I try to write two separate lines of music in the same stave (using layers), the lower voice does not play back correctly. I have clarinet 2 starting on a B flat and holding through the measure, which plays initially upon playback, but when the clarinet 1 part comes in, the lower B flat does not hold throughout the entire measure. In fact, that lower B flat stops as soon as clarinet 1 comes in on the 32nd notes (see the attached image).

How do I fix this playback issue?

Interestingly enough, if I change that low B flat in clarinet 2 to an A, it will hold its proper duration during playback.

I am using Windows 8.1, and my Finale version is 27.2.0.144 

I'm also running NotePerformer 3.
