I have loaded the new Finale version 27. But the garritan aria instruments are not showing even though I have all the garritan sofware downloaded. How do I get Finale to access the garritan aria files?
Regrettably the program's Help link to the knowledge base no longer seems to have any info on setting up the add-on Garritan packages to Finale.The only link I found leads to a "Page Not Found" error message. Epic fail!

Huh? Not really enough info but I'll hazard a guess.
The purchased version of 27 (not the demo) has two installers in the download. Both of them need to be run. If you had older versions of Finale or Garritan instruments installed, you still need to run both installers. This sets the paths and installs the latest build of the Aria Player.
If, after doing the above, you are still having problems, best to use the Submit a request link at the top of the page to send this issue to Support.
