I have almost invariably received prompt support from Finale when I have needed it, but you are correct that 44 days is too long.

MM has always responded to me maybe not quickly or as fast as I wanted but I always got an answer. I might add the answer has not always been what I wanted to know, too. Perhaps MM's reply is why you haven't heard from them in 44 days. The answer or solution was not what you wanted to know.

I want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to my inquiry. I wasn't asking for a solution here; I just wanted to know if I missed something and failed to realize that Make Music is no longer providing free tech support. Best wishes to all and please keep safe; this pandemic is not over even though we all would like it to be. (There are both advantages and disadvantages to being married to a biologist who knows a lot about virus mutations.)
