Finale is not known for being GPU intensive. You have a recent computer with a current card. Unless you have unusual monitor requirements, that should be all that's necessary.

Some of us (myself included) have three (or more) monitors going simultaneously. Yes, there are some current Macs and PCs that cannot handle this without an external GPU while many others can with no problems. I don't know of anything that won't handle two screens, however (including the one that's attached on many laptops).
