You can't. IIRC, I asked tech support to do it. For that chord, I think there is something wrong in the documentation. Try OPT-hyphen. That works for me, but it may depend on the source of the do...

Not if you think about them as stacked, 1-T1, 2-T2, 3-B1, 4-B2, just like the voices. And if I have multiple verses, I use 5, 6, 7, and 8.
