How many times, and how many ways, can I say this? NO. IT WON’T WORK. Look up Hyperscribe in the user manual.

Make sure that all three staves are playing through different channels. Also, check the staff list for dynamics, and make sure that all staves are selected.

Are you sure that you are in the same verse and layer? You might try double-clicking on a lyric, to make sure you are in the right place. if that’s not the problem, you can move individual syllab...

It's the pickup measure causing the problem, I think. In a case like this, I find it easier to select the last full measure, and tap the down arrow key to move it to the next system.

You have at least two layers involved. That’s why things are screwed up. As Jeff said, watch the videos and go through the tutorials.
