Double-click on the 1st ending bracket. Handles will appear. Grab the right-most handle, and drag. If it spans two systems, use the line tool to fill in.

PrintMusic doesn’t have a Documents Options. The only way to do this would be to set the microtones as expressions, and assign them as needed.
