I remember seeing that happen in the past, but not recently. Use the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, to send it in to tech support.

From the computers, log in to your Finale account, and go to My Software. From there, you can download your purchased programs, as well as deal with the authorizations.

I looked at the Loom program, and without actually trying it, it seems that you would start Loom recording, and then play the Finale score. What happens when you try it, what doesn’t happen, etc?...

No. Some people have tried Linux, but you would be on your own.

Open the Finale file, File > Export > Audio File... and select MP3. This will only work if playback is thru MIDI.
