I can't imagine what that would look like. Can you post a drawing? What program are you using? You could have two staves with different key signatures, but only in the full Finale.

Maybe add a new staff, and copy the content. Then, delete the original. The only other suggestion I would have would be to send it in to Finale. Use the Submit a Request link at the top of the page.

As always, restart the computer. Export the score as an XML, and re-import. If that doesn't help, recreate the preferences.

Finale 2014 is only compatible with Macs running 10.12 and earlier.
