I would, just to be safe. It's easy to do. Just go to your MakeMusic account > My Software, and you can handle the authorizations, there.

- Finale 27 takes control of file extension associations for .mus, .musx, etc. without asking
And you can always open F26, and then open the files from within. You just can’t double-click the file to open it.

Right-click on a Finale file, and choose Get Info. In the next window, down towards the bottom, you can set F27 to open all files of that type.

Correct, Michel. If you don’t have it set that way, the plugin asks if you would like it turned off.

I don’t think you can. They are the notes that are being played by the expression. Can you dial down the hidden note transparency to where it’s not so much of a problem?
