You would have to enter the chords as you want them voiced, manually. You can put them in a hidden staff for printing.

With the selection tool, double-click on the rest. When it changes color, showing it's selected, tap the H key.

Use the Tie Tool; (in Special Tools) and drag the "normal" tie backwards. You can also select the note and use Shift-T. In my experience, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. YMMV
