When it asks you if you want to create it, say yes. With all of the different chord naming systems, I’m not surprised if it misses now and then.

Peter solved it, but for future reference, I have found that entering a space in the Abbr. field helps, as well.

You don’t need to log on to the site to donate. The login is for developers, as far as I know. You can just send the donation via PayPal. That’s how I’ve always done it, anyway.

FWIW, I can confirm the issue. Have you sent this in, using the Submit a Request tab at the top of the page?

It sounds as though you may have a staff style applied to hide empty staves. I would try to select the staff tool, highlight the staves on page one, and Show Hidden Staves.

If you still have Finale 26 or 25 on your computer, see if opening the document there is correct. I suspect another SMuFL botch.
