I am using Windows 11 and Finale 27
I am NOT using MIDI, so that should not be an issue here.
I notated three songs tonight... A, B and C.
Once I completed C, which I could playback no problem, I went back to A & B and could hear neither. I closed out of Finale, still could not hear them. I restarted Windows, still cannot hear them, but I can hear C just fine!
I figure there must be something with the song files themselves that are causing this mess-up. Corrupt?

Ok, so the same issue again today. I have notated two songs.

The first one played back just fine.... until I notated the second one.

Now, I can play back the second notated song but the first notated song is now silent.

And the saga continues.... I notated a third song today. Now the first AND the second song are silent. Only the third song will playback now.

The trend is very clear. I can predict now that, if I notate a fourth song, I will be able to hear it but the first three will go silent.

Is it possible that the playback is misassigned: Playback through MIDI, or Playback through Audio Units?

Well, I haven't even touched MIDI, used it at all in these pieces.

I swear something must be corrupting the files if I work on two pieces at one time, cause I will try those same files after a reboot or the next day and still won't playback.
