What Peter says. The icons for the two apps are very close in appearance. This makes it easy to get them confused and possibly open the wrong one if you don’t pay attention.
Are you sure it’s missing? It shouldn’t be as it installs with Finale for Windows—I have no idea how far back. A reinstall should fix you up. Have you searched using Windows Explorer?
