Can you post an image of your Score Manager with the staff holding the Flute and Sax completely expanded via the arrow in the Name Column?
In other words, the chord recognition routine did its job too well? If one wants only the chord name without the bass notes, I expect you would need to make a Feature Request. Good luck with that.
Have you set the tempo with a tempo expression or just used the slider at the top of the screen? If one does not work, try the other.
