I keep hearing ghost notes that I did not write into my music.  I don't know how to get rid of them.  I'm using Finale v26

Without more info from you we can only guess.

 

- Are you, in this particular Finale document, using Human Playback?

Human Playback can interpret the music notation, and perform articulations, such as a trill, or a tremolo.
