Additionally, we continue to offer Dorico Pro crossgrades for purchase to eligible Finale & PrintMusic license holders.

If you purchased a product directly from MakeMusic and are not fully satisfied with it, you are welcome to return the software within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Please contact our Customer Success team to request that refund.

 

This policy does not apply to Garritan products. Garritan products are currently non-refundable. If you are having technical difficulty with a current Garritan product please submit a support ticket here to receive support.

 

Third party products (such as Tutorial books, keyboard skins, etc.) cannot be returned to MakeMusic for a refund.
