Finale Technical Support Has Ended

You may continue to download & authorize registered Finale products for the foreseeable future.
Additionally, we continue to offer Dorico Pro crossgrades for purchase to eligible Finale & PrintMusic license holders.

This issue has been resolved in Finale (Version 25).

 

There is a known issue with the Quick Reference Card resource where it cannot be accessed from the Help menu on Windows computers in Finale 2014.5. In order to access the Quick Reference Card for Finale 2014.5 (same card as Finale 2014), please download the PDF at the bottom of this article to your Desktop.

 

Then, follow the steps below to place the PDF file into the correct location:

  1. Hold the WINDOWS key and press the letter R.
  2. Copy and Paste the following location:

    For 32-bit computers
    C:\Program Files\Finale 2014.5\Help Files

    For 64-bit computers
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Finale 2014.5\Help Files

  3. Click Ok.
  4. Copy and Paste the "Finale 2014.5 Quick Reference Guide for Windows" from your Desktop to this folder.

You can then open the Quick Reference Guide from the Help menu in Finale 2014.5.
