In some cases, the MakeMusic fonts may not install correctly or may need to be reinstalled if an issue has occurred. If you do need to uninstall the MakeMusic FontPack and reinstall, the steps below will guide you through this.
Windows
- On your keyboard, hold the Windows key and press the letter R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type or paste C:\Windows\Fonts and click OK.
- Locate and delete any MakeMusic fonts.

Any files whose names contain the following are MakeMusic fonts:
- Broadway Copyist
- EngraverFont
- EngraverText
- Finale
- Jazz
- Maestro
- Petrucci
- Seville
- Tamburo

Any files whose names contain the following are MakeMusic fonts:
- Empty your Recycle Bin.
- Restart your computer.
- Quit Finale. Download the MakeMusic FontPack for Windows by clicking the link below:
- If your browser prompts you, choose to Save this file.
- Once the download has finished, double-click the FontPack to reinstall your fonts.
- Restart your computer.
Mac
- Quit Finale and launch Font Book.
- Locate and delete all MakeMusic fonts. To delete a font/font family, right-click or Control-click its name and choose Remove "Font name"/ Remove "Font name" Family.

- Once the download has finished, double-click the FontPack to reinstall your fonts.
Mac users may need to adjust their System Preferences if the font pack installer is blocked by Security & Privacy. - Restart your computer.
