I have not been able to access the Finale forum for some time. I get the message: 'You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed. In addition to your username and password, you must now also solve the CAPTCHA below'. The CAPTCHA does not work either. When I try to register again, various valid email addresses are rejected.

What can I do?

Lothar,

 

Contact tech support by using the Submit a Request tab at the top of the page. Also, please remove your email address, to protect yourself from the spambots!

Which Finale forum is Lothar referring to? He clearly is accessing this one on zendesk.

This particular site is having problems these past few days but I’m able to get in after enough tries. I suspect the weather is the culprit but I’ve never encountered a captcha here.

To be clear, that site is not affiliated with MakeMusic. Filing a Support request here will not do any good. You will need to contact the administrators of that site.
