PrintMusic and Finale have always had lousy chord voicings. Most people resort to writing the chords out, the way they want them. You can create custom fingering in Finale, but not PM, as far as I know.

Guitar melody

2nd guitar (harmony or counterpoint)

Custom Guitar chords showing fretboard and voicings

Guitar rhythm

Bass guitar line

Lyrics

I think you will have to go to the full Finale. That's what you need to customize the fretboards. Everything else, you can do in PM. 

Can you post a picture of a sample score, showing everything that you want? That way, I can give you a more definite yes or no.

Do you have the Seville font?

It contains a lot of fretboard diagrams, perhaps even the “customized fretboards” you need.

You can use the Seville font in PrintMusic, e. g. in the Text Tool.
