Finale 2012 on Windows Vista...After writing the notes for entire page, I lost the last 2 lines. Where can they be hiding? I. thought I clicked save as & save changes.

Second question:  the lyrics from the second line dropped to the third line of music. How can I move then back in place?

Switch to Scroll View to see if your music is still in the program. If so, then you probably need to Redraw the Screen.

If that doesn't work, try saving your work and then closing and re-opening Finale. That often solves this sort of problem.

 

Not sure what you mean by the lyrics slipping. Can you attach a screen-shot? ALT+PrtScn will copy the top window onto the clipboard, which you can then paste into Paint to crop and annotate.
