I can see what the statistics say, but how big is your file physically? Number of staves, number of measures and pages? I seem to remember that "32767" is the absolute limit for frames.

Around 50 staves, 1700 measures. Pages of course depends on formatting... in my case, the conductor wanted 4 meas. per page even though that makes the score over 430 pages long.

I feel like I've read somewhere here or on the old forum that "frames" are measures that have stuff in them. Out of curiosity, do you know what "entries" are?

32767 is a special number in binary (computer language). It's the highest number that can be represented in a signed 16-bit integer. I wouldn't be surprised if the software was limited to this value in some way.

You’re going to have to send this to MM Support. Then let us know what you find out. I shouldn’t think this would be an issue in the 64 bit version of Finale.

32 or 64 bit won't matter. If they programmed it with a specific (older) language, then it will have the 32767 bit limitation. It looks like the software has been around for a long time (many, many years ) so this is distinctly possible.
