I am getting very, very, very pissed off at trying to do this. i have purchased the software, bought a new computer and tried to install it on that. I have authorized on line and received an authorization number. but when i try to authorize the software, it know my serial number (fills it in automatically) and i have no option to enter my authorization number and then it fails, telling me that my authorization has a problem. I am running out of patience. can you please help me to get this software (which i have purchased!) running?

Thanks.

Such a problem usually is specific to the hardware/computer/system.

I suggest that you contact the folks in Customer Support, and let them sort it out.

Graeme,

I strongly suggest you remove your authorization code from your post.

OK, authorization codes lead to log into your user account where you enter your serial number. If previously authorized on another computer, you can use Manage Authorizations to sort them out.

The Chrome browser has problems with this process. Firefox, IE and Safari do not. Try a different browser first and contact MM Support if you haven't already. Use the Submit a request link at the top of the page.
