Hello

I live on the north side of Indianapolis, and am looking to hire someone to come to my house and help with the scribe tool.  It worked before I got the newer version of Finale, but now it won't.  I've read through the manuals and tried numerous things, but nothing works.  I really need help!  Thanks in advance!  Beverly
