I just downloaded this to a windows computer with Windows 10 pro. When I start a new document, all of the items are just boxes. There is no staff notation and I can't add notes. Any suggestions?
The problem is that your fonts have not installed correctly. Did you install in the Default location? Did you reboot after installing? Is it the demo or a licensed copy? This can make a difference.
