You don't say how you are entering the tuplet.

enter the sixteenth notes (I used MIDI Kbd and the Numberpad Key for 16ths)

You may have to delete the measure, insert an empty measure and try again. It could also be a Layers issue.

le premier sextolets s'inscrit correctement (voir dessin). Mais le sextolets sur le deuxième temps ne fonctionne pas.

2) The {ending a measure with a tuplet} problem is well known.

There are many ways to enter a tuplet (Speedy Entry, Simple Entry, via MIDI keyboard, via computer keyboard, via clicking), and you have found the way that gives a problem when ending a measure with a tuplet.

The culprit is that your tuplet entry method temporarily “overfills” the measure.

You can allow this “temporary overfilling” by de-selecting Check for Extra Notes.

Or you can use one of the other tuplet entry methods (which do not require de-selecting Check for Extra Notes).
