PC:ASUS Vivobook 15X M3504YA

OS:Windows 11home 64bit/RAM:16GB/CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with Radeon Graphics2.00 GHz

Immediately after starting the app, an error message saying "The current driver is not supported" appears, and no sound is produced when playing the keyboard on the app.

I checked the site here and fiddled with the Preferences.
*By the way, is it okay to use either WASAPI (Microsoft's API) or ASIO (Steinberg's API) as the Audio Device API? In the case of WASAPI, Audio Device is not displayed.

Is the CFX piano sound source itself designed so that it doesn't produce sound unless a MIDI keyboard is connected? (I want to output sound directly from the PC's internal speakers without a MIDI keyboard like kontack7.)

PC internal speaker (Realtek(R) Audio) sample rate: 48,000Hz
→I set the CFX audio settings to 48000Hz, but no sound comes out. It seems that the sample rate of Realtek(R) Audio cannot be changed to 44100Hz, so I connected it to 44100Hz standard wireless earphones and set the CFX app to 44100Hz, but the error did not disappear.

Even if the dedicated app doesn't work, it should still work with the standalone ARIA Player app. (Or even the Sforzando player.)

Thank you ! Aria player has been downloaded.
However, the sample rate issue cannot be resolved with the CFX app as well. (The same error message appears in ARIA player.)  I wish there were more ways to solve this problem.

Try one of the other ASIO drivers.

Have you actually loaded the piano into a slot?

If you've tried everything, you can think of , then submit a support request to MakeMusic using the link at the top of this page.
