I would use the Expression Tool, and create custom expressions.

By duplicating an existing expression category you can create a custom expression category - with font(s), positioning, &c.

For this particular purpose I would duplicate a category without a Score List, e. g. the category Technique Text.

I also need to mark some notes in chord for this expression.

for example - 2 note mast play with left hand and rest 3 - right.

Vertical lines with hooks exist in 3 sizes, pointing left and right, in the Engraver Font Set.

The equivalent 6 characters :

Copy this sequence, paste it into an expression, select it and change the font to Engraver Font Set (try 24). You will see all 6.

You can also design them as an expression / shape.

The first two examples are expressions created with the Engraver Font Set font, with preset sizes. The third is done by duplicating and editing the line tool, to let it draw vertically, so you can use the line for any size chord.

I would create the bracket as a shape (created in the Shape Designer).

You can attach the shape as a Shape Articulation, or as a Shape Expression.
