Where is the Finale official presence, lately? There are many fewer staff responses to questions, these days. That’s about the only reason to participate in this crappy forum, with no PMs, and no way to post Finale files. (How stupid is that?)

There is even a rumor that Mark Johnson is no longer with the company. True? Is anyone officially assigned to monitor the forum? Who? Or is it another case of, “well, it’s pretty slow in the office; let’s log on for a few minutes.” Has this promise gone the same way way as the help files being converted to on online PDF, so that corrections and updates can be quickly and efficiently made? Or, the promise of continual minor fixes, rather than major releases? And the elimination of the phone support, when waiting for an email reply is costing us money?

Sorry, but you guys are really dropping the ball.
