There are a number of ways to do it. Selecting it in Human Playback is probably easiest.

I see nothing in the Human Playback section of the Manual that states anything about swing 16th notes. Actually, I don't see anything in the manual at all about swing 16th notes.

True, it doesn’t mention swung 16ths, because they aren’t used very often. But if you read all the way to the bottom of the page, and extrapolate what they tell you, you should be able to figure it out.
