I have never been able to display all the lines in a measure when I open music on an apple product. The sound is great. But the display looks either jumbled or like it’s missing elements mainly measure lines but sometimes notes. He sheet misic displaysperfectly on my pc

It would help us to know your version of Finale and your computer operating system and version. A screenshot of what you see when the problem appears would also be helpful.

It’s a font issue and these are not uncommon when upgrading. Other than that, as J Adrian indicates, we need more information.
