According to this link it seemed that you could... But maybe it is a Finale 26 feature? The recording button also seems to imply recording ability, but it's possible the functionality isn't all there. Do you think this is a question tech support would answer?
(Thankfully for my current project I have a work-around. Create another line of score with woodblock clicks, export audio, and record to that in Logic.)

Make certain that your audio inputs are set up correctly. This is the normal issue.
Less common is that another app took over the audio input. Finale 25 is less affected by this than earlier versions. Reboot — if that fixes you up, this is the issue. I still use an app that causes this and I must reboot if I want to use any other audio app afterward.
