Finale Version 26.0.1.706

          My problem is that I can't open the Plug-in -> Measure -> Split Measure.  I've done the following numerous times but it just won't open:

Selected the measure.

Went to Plug-in -> Measure -> Split Measure… But I couldn’t get to split measure because when I clicked on Measure there was no drop down. Period.  Measure wouldn’t open to Split Measure.

I think you need to refresh the preference file. That's the usual fix when something goes missing.

I have never done that when using the Split Measure plug-in.

When I use the plug-in, I always drag-select a partial measure, either the measure part before the split, or the measure part after the split.

Have you tried that?

It works for me.

Peter, I always select the entire measure, and then apply the plug-in.

1. click a measure. 2, plug ins 3, Measures. 4, Split measures. 5 split after.... beats.

So you can change key within a measure.
