What am I missing?

OS: Windows 8 64-bit

Finale Version: 26.3.1.520

I cannot import any xml file into Finale.  Downloaded Dolet76FinaleWin and tried to install to see if problem can be fixed, but Dolet seems not needed for Windows with 64bit.  Any help will be appreciated!

Questions:

 

1) Can you export a MusicXML file from a Finale document?

 

2) If yes, can you import the exported MusicXML file?
