My Finale is V.25.
I have a problem with putting Korean letter. It keeps closing down the Finale at the same spot with this window box pop up, and I can't continue the work. 

I'm using Sonoma. It happened as I use Sonoma. It didn't do before Sonoma which is Ventura.

Is there any solution here?

According to MakeMusic, Finale 25 is not mentioned as being compatible with Sonoma. I would get Finale 27 (via your account on finalemusic.com) offered with the Dorico crossgrade.

Ventura is MacOs 13, which is not compatible with Finale 25 according to MakeMusic (see my previous post).

Finale 27 works fine with Sonoma. I would get it before the offer disappears. It is available from your account on finalemusic.com (-> Store I think)

You know what? Unfortunately I can't buy v27 anymore. But I appreciate your comment so much.

But notice the last paragraph in your screen shot (about the Dorico discount offer):

… In addition, MakeMusic is providing you with Finale v27 …

Actually I read that part and I understood there is somewhere to download v27 on the website, but I couldn't find it.

After seeing your comment, I searched on the internet about this. And I found out that once I crossgrade to Dorico pro first, then I can download v27!!!!!!! 

You've been helping me many times for years. I appreciate it so much.
