I'm using Finale 26 on an iMac running Big Sur. I've always been able to hold [opt] + [space] and hover over a note or chord to hear immediate playback. That function doesn't seem to work any longer. Any ideas? I rely heavily on it.
This function works for me in Finale 26.3.1, but I have Catalina. Does this happen in all files ? Have you restarted the Mac ? You could recreate Preferences.
