I'm pretty sure it Finale. Like you said, they don't support ASIO. In the end, the ASIO driver goes all hell when running in Finale. Btw, no other app is running.

I checked that. It is setup with VSTs, and it plays with VSTs. Program is showing when it shouldn't.
