Because it was returning to the correct tempo of the initial section. It’s the middle that was “wrong.”

On a Mac, you can create shortcuts in the Keyboard Control Panel.

The plugin JW Change Pitches will let you do it, easily. But for my own enlightenment, why did you compose it without a key signature? (I’m not criticizing! I’m not a composer, and I’m curious.)
