If you think you've found a flaw in a new update, send it in! Use the Submit a Request tab at the top of the page. Meanwhile, are you using multiple verses? Multiple staves? Multiple layers?

Are you working in scroll view or page view?
I would save them separately as PDFs, and combine them afterwards. It’s easy on Mac. I don’t know about Windows, though. You might also try the Score Merger feature.
What is your operating system? Have you looked at the score manager to see if you can get any clues?
