Open the Aria Player, navigate to your libraries and reassign. i would download and reinstall Finale and the Garritan instruments.

Finale 26 works quite well over MacOS 10.15 Catalina. It will open your 2014.5 and earlier files though there may be some tweaking involved — it depends on your files but this can be resolved.
