How are you generating the keyboard audio? General MIDI? VST? other? How are you recording? Are you exporting to stereo or mono?

If appoggiatura, you should not be applying a slash at all, of course.

That's a can of worms. Normally, with multiple beamed grace notes as acciaccatura, you do not slash all of them. Only the first one has the slash. This was as I was taught (50 years ago? Yikes!) ...
