You can try a different ASIO driver.
TG Tools did get some updated plug-ins in the recent release of 27. Didn't help me since I rarely to never use them anymore since Perfect Layout came on the scene.

If the "clean reinstall" doesn't work and it may not, by all means contact Finale tech support. They can help you find the real culprit.
