Do you really imagine a fellow user, no matter how helpful, is likely to read through all that? Perhaps you should use the "Submit a request" link at the top of the screen to contact Finale Support...
One thing this thread shows is that Finale support (Chad) does respond. Whenever I have consulted them, they have been prompt and helpful. I tip my hat to them!
Make sure you are entering eighth-note triplets and not inadvertently asking for quarter-note triplets.
If the music is rhythmically identical and the staves are continuous, you could write chords on the top staff and then explode the music to those below, but otherwise Mike is correct in Finale.
Have you tried adding chords in the top voice and then exploding to the staves below? It's all in how one arranges the staves, which can always be rearranged after entering the notes.
Only one audio track per score: that's correct.
If you qualify for the Finale 27 trial version, could you load that and see how your Finale info would compare when viewed in Finale 27?
