Downloading & Authorizing Finale
Downloading & authorizing registered Finale products will remain available for the foreseeable future.
On Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) Finale's File > Open Recent menu can display empty. You can workaround this issue by accessing that menu, moving away from it, and accessing it once more. This issue has been resolved with the release of macOS 10.12 (Sierra).
