I'm trying to authorize my product but the serial number isn't working. I don't understand why. It's version v25.

You will have to contact customer support. Use the Submit a Request link at the rop of this page.

Often, the culprits are zeros instead of the letter O (or vise versa). Some serial numbers require dashes instead of minus signs but I don't remember if Finale has that issue or not.

 

There have been issues with Windows 10, firewalls and VPN.

 

If you do a search on these, you may find an answer that works. As it is, you've not given us enough info to do anything other than make wild guesses as I have just done.

Your first thought may be to post the serial number here, for us to look at. PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!
