Has Finale ditched tech support completely? It seems like not only is there no phone support anymore, no one has responded to my online 'requests' for 48 hours.
Is this typical now?
I've already posted about my problem here (my inability to get Finale to recognize Garritan) and the clues I've been given here seemed reasonalble but so far haven't resolved my problem. I'm just kind of shocked that Finale offers such poor support these days -- used to be you could resolve problems with them quite quickly if you contacted them during business hours.
