The number 3 in the same font as the 3 used in tuplets appears at the bottom of pages containing tuplets in the score when converted to a PDF file . This is happening in Finale 25 & 26 on Windows 7 & 10. The unwanted numbers do not appear on PDF pages where no tuplets are in the score.

How are you creating the PDF? There have been many reports of problems when using Finale’s PDF function. You might try one of the third-party PDF creators.

Windows does not have a native pdf tool. Various 3rd party tools give different results.

 

This does not affect Mac users to my knowledge.
