I like using the copy part layout plugin from JW.

It doesn't work with finale 25. Is there a solution?

Hi Mark.

Jari is in th process of updating his plugins to run in 64bit mode. Until he has done so, you will not ba able to access any of his plugins in Finale 25.

If your workflow requires the use of the plugin, and you have an older version of Finale, I'd suggest doing that portion of your work in the older version. Finale 25 can save directly to Finale 2014 and 2012 (just be aware that new features, such as dashed slurs will not be present in any files saved to/ opened in older versions)

Alternatively, just wait until Jari has completed his work, or do everything manually (not optimum I know, but there it is)

You can keep an eye on his progress by looking at the 64bit test versions available on his download page.

Cheers...

The JW plugins must be compatible with Finale's new 64 bit format. JW is presently working on updating them. A few new versions are available, but you might want to keep an eye on his website for further updates.

Has anybody heard any news about the 64-bit versions of JW plugins? There has been no activity on Jari's plugin in download page since October.

Sorry, I should have mentioned in my post that I was aware of those Windows versions. I am asking if anybody has any additional information.

Does anyone know if there's any more news on when these plug ins will be available on Mac?

Presumably you can click the link to Jari's web site as well as anyone else can. If there is any update, it would presumably appear there first.

It's nice to see some of these plugins available!  I can't find my FAVORITE one, though - the "Yada Yada" tremolo.  It's a shame that the tremolos really don't position right in Finale - but the Yada Yada tremolo fixes them in a snap!  I guess it's back to Finale 2014.5 for that one - at least for the time being. . .

Some 64-bit plug-ins have been available for Windows, but these new ones are for Mac users.

Apparently the Windows plug-ins were updated today too.
