Is the latest Printmusic compatible with scores created on Finale 2012?

Yes - you can open 2012 files in a 2014 version of either program.

Finale 2014 is only compatible with Macs running 10.12 and earlier.

It will work in High Sierra (with the same issues) only if installed in an older OS before upgrading to 10.13.x. Finale will install in High Sierra only if version 25.4.1 or newer.
